Mr. McIntyre has been a leader in the aerospace industry for over 40 years. Originally founding Southern California Braiding Company a leading cable and harness company serving many of the Primes, NASA and other U.S. Government agencies.

Mr. McIntyre was recognized by NASA and several USG Agencies for his superior quality and dedication to providing excellent products and services worldwide. In founding the SCB Training Center, Mr. McIntyre saw the need to assist organizations struggling to comply with defense trade controls and various 3rd party accreditations. Bringing together experts from across the United States, the organization was quickly recognized as unique resource, saving it's customers time and money and helping them to avoid costly mis-steps while implementing complex requirements into their management systems.
