Exchanges and Returns

We are unable to accept returns for downloadable PDFs. Please note: Once purchased, downloadable PDF’s cannot be refunded. Cancellations of training courses must be made within 20 business days of the event in order re-schedule or request a refund. Requests for refund within 20 business days of the event cannot be granted, however substitutions for the attendee can be made.
